I ordered the A4 book wrap in black for my son’s visual art HSC submission. The simplicity of the wrap and the quality soft leather were perfect. In addition Beverley provided amazing service by ensuring the wrap was finished and in the post By that evening as we needed it urgently. She also notified me when it had been posted. Such great service and a beautifully crafted product.

The product arrived in no time, carefully packed and beautifully covered as if it was a gift. Upon opening, everyone remembers the smell of old leather, but nowadays there are hardly any leathers that exude this uniquely soothing scent. The most wonderful thing I've ever held in my hands. The leather is a stunning colour, and you can tell that its was made with an intense love and passion for creation. You will open your package and your knees will buckle at that intoxicating leather smell and you will definitely not feel worthy for such a masterpiece. I ordered a Leather Notebook Cover as a birthday gift for a friend. The Cognac colour gave it very elegant and vintage look. My order was shipped out promptly and arrived within the expected delivery period. The item came neatly wrapped with a purple ribbon on top :). The leather was soft and flexible and it came in a practical size that fits most standard A5 notebooks. Bookseed is an excellent choice for quality artisanal leather goods with a personal touch, it offers a wide range of designs that are ideal for gifts. Highly recommended. 

It is always nice to purchase something locally and the product surpasses your expectations. The leather feels supple, the stitching is near perfect and the look is fantastic. Leuchtturm 1917 notebooks are fantastic and the paper is first class unfortunately the covers are a little average. This handcrafted cover is a fantastic complement to my notebook and looks much better alongside my favourite fountain pens. 

A pleasant surprise was the way in which it was presented on arrival. All too often a seller throws an item in a post pack and sends it on its way. Not so with Beverly who personally adds a note to the package and has the item wrapped carefully and tied with ribbon.

I am over the moon with the hand crafted book wrap I purchased from Beverley. She was incredibility helpful through out the process, it arrived very quickly and it was such a special gift for my husband. I will be recommending her work to everyone! 

For a special keep sake or someone that values their journals this is a great product and a very special gift. 

I was so fortunate to find Beverley. I had bought a Bible for my young nephews Confirmation present and although as special gift in itself, it lacked "keepers" quality. Having found Bookseed on an internet search, options were discussed with Beverley and I mailed the book to her so she could create a custom made cover. What was returned to me 2 weeks later was a beautiful hand made book in its new Antique oak cover with my nephews initials embossed on the cover. What has been created is a personalised keepsake of excellent quality which my nephew will be able to keep forever. I'm sure I could have bought a cover over the internet from China, but I gave the work to an Australian Artisan who obviously cares about her work and produce a very high quality product that I'm so happy to gift to my nephew. I was sick of carrying good quality books in my backpack and destroying them, so I searched around the net for some sort of covering and came across Bookseed. And so I got in contact via email. Beverley responded pretty much immediately and was happy to email to-and-fro till I was happy with the design dimensions. Within no time the bookwrap was delivered and I’ve been using it ever since; it remains in my backpack with whatever I’m currently reading nestled safely inside. I get asked about it regularly at work and at the coffee shops I frequent. I got the wrap made in ‘Antique Oak’ leather and it looks stunning. I was so impressed with it I had Beverley make an identical one for my Dad for Father’s Day and had it embossed with his initials. Now I’m trying to find an excuse to buy another one of some sort….. We had it personalised as well and as my daughter loves writing and reading books, this meant a lot to her. I highly recommend if you are looking for that extra special gift of very high quality.

These journals are amazing! Beautiful, tactile and weighty.
I use mine every day for writing, collage and even some light watercolour. Treat yourself to something very special but be warned, they are addictive.

Received my Zentangle kit just one day after I ordered it, complete with a lovely hand-written note from Beverley and a little treat for Christmas...I have almost completed my first effort, and already I can see a very tangled future. I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship of the first A5 journal I purchased as a christmas gift that I purchased another in the A4 size as an 18th birthday gift which I had personalised on the front page. I contacted Beverley a while ago so she could make me a nice journal for my wife as an anniversary gift. She was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and helped me choose the right options that I thought my wife would like. Beverley made us a wonderful A5 journal with, purple leather with really nice blue stitching. I also had her print a nice personal dedication to my wife on the first page.
