I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship of the first A5 journal I purchased as a christmas gift that I purchased another in the A4 size as an 18th birthday gift which I had personalised on the front page. Beverly's customer service and attention to detail is the best I have come across in a very long time The postage cost and turnaround time is excellent and the journal is beautifully gift boxed.
